Isaac Herrin
Owner/Broker
Isaac is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Old North. After beginning his career in interior design, he felt the pull to help people buy and sell their homes, so he went to real estate school and became a real estate broker.
In 2022, Isaac was named Realtor of the Year by his office, and won the BHGRE Silver Award.

Vacation rentals have always been a passion for Isaac, who specializes in short-term rental sales and serves as the Property Manager for Old North.​​
